PretzelPort is a boutique consultancy: a small, senior team that builds the work itself. The people you talk to are the people who deliver.
Where we come from
Our background is years of building data platforms inside some of the world's largest pharmaceutical, chemical, and research organizations — combined with product experience from the Silicon Valley startup world. That combination is the company's foundation: we know how large, regulated organizations actually work, and we know how to build software people adopt.
Why that combination matters
Large organizations have deep domain expertise but often struggle to turn it into working software. Internal platforms fail not because the technology is wrong, but because building a product — user focus, iteration, adoption — is a different discipline from running research or IT. That gap is exactly where we work.
How we're different
