Fair questions
What does a first project look like?
Typically around 50 project days — enough to put working software on your real data in front of real users. Larger engagements grow from there; we don't start with a year-long commitment.
Do you work remote or on-site?
Mostly remote, on-site where it genuinely helps — workshops, user research, kickoffs. We're based in Germany.
Who will we actually work with?
The people you meet in the first call are the people who build. There is no bench to hand you off to — that's the point of a boutique.
Not sure how to describe the problem yet? A rough sketch is plenty. "Our data is everywhere and nobody can use it" is a perfectly good opening line — we hear it a lot.
